ON-LINE REGISTRATION

Dear Sir or Madame,
Registration for the conference must be done online. Every person who wants to participate in the event should sign in. The payment and sending the submission is possible only after earlier registration. In spite of the registration you also have to make a reservation of accommodation either in one of proposed places (sse Accommodation) or in the place chosen by you.

• The participation fee:
• Application till 30th of April 2020 – 550 PLN
• Application till 15th of May 2020 – 700 PLN
• Application after 15th of May 2020 and on place – 850 PLN



• The participation fee for students:
• including events – 350,- PLN
• not including events – 100,- PLN
• The fee for accompanying person* – 350,- PLN

Participation of an accompanying person is possible however registration fee includes only accompanying events not conference materials. The fee for accompanying person will be added to the total registration fee.
The participation fee is determined by the date of payment.
All payments are to be made by bank transfer.

The automatic notification system will send you a confirmation of registration, which will contain a link to:

• a later modification of your data entry forms
• an abstract entry form
